Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the policy below for returns and refunds:

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
• Products like figurines, deity idols, and feng shui items must not be installed, altered, or used.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Items that are used, broken after delivery, or not in original condition.
• Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
• Any item returned without prior approval.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
• Eligible cases will be offered a replacement or full refund.

4. Return Process

• To request a return, email: iamjatinahuja@gmail.com with order details and reason.
• Once approved, instructions for return shipping will be shared.
• Customers may need to bear return shipping costs unless the issue is from our side.

5. Refunds

• Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected.
• Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.

7. Important Notes

• Due to the fragile and spiritual nature of deity idols and feng shui products, careful handling is required.
• Slight variations in design, color, or finish are normal and not considered defects.
